Keep policies and procedures current, with a review record an auditor can follow.
We’re building StandardlyAI to show small quality and compliance teams which documents are overdue for review and where two documents disagree.

Get ahead of overdue reviews and conflicting versions
The listed owner left, and the review date passed months ago.
An auditor asks how you know it was reviewed, and the answer is a new date in the footer.
Two versions of a procedure are in use, and no one is sure which is current.
When a policy changes, finding the affected procedures depends on one person’s memory.
Go from a flagged conflict to an approved fix
The AI will suggest changes. It won’t edit or publish a document on its own.
Bring in the documents you have.
Upload policies and procedures as they are. Each will show its owner and last review date.
See where documents disagree, and why.
Conflicts will be flagged with a plain explanation. Here, a retention procedure says 5 years where the records policy says 7.
A person reviews and approves.
Nothing in a document will change until a named reviewer approves it.
Built for whoever keeps your documents in order
If you’re the person everyone asks whether a policy is still current, you already know this work. With more than 20 years leading teams in regulated industries, I’ve watched this work land on one person again and again: tracking down the current version across shared drives and inboxes, chasing reviews that are overdue, sorting out instructions that contradict each other. That person usually has a full job already.
I’m building StandardlyAI because the people keeping policies, procedures and other documents current shouldn’t have to do it alone, and the decisions about what changes should stay with the people who own the documents.
I’d like to build it with the people who will use it. Join the early list, and I’ll read your replies myself.
